When the heat is on, you need more than hustle.

I help founders bring order to the kitchen with better systems, better data, and a partner who stays in the room when decisions matter.

If this feels familiar, the heat is already too high:

You’re still the bottleneck in too many decisions.

The team moves, but not well without you in the room.

The numbers exist, but they don’t give you real clarity.

Growth has outpaced the operating system beneath it.

The three pressure points.

When a business is under strain, the answer is rarely more effort. It is better visibility, stronger systems, and the right kind of partnership.

Visibility

If you can’t read the gauges, you’re operating blind. I turn fragmented numbers into clear dashboards, so you can see what happened, what matters now, and what needs attention next.

Systems

If the plan lives in your head, your team will always depend on you. I turn that into a repeatable operating system: clear ownership, decision paths, and execution rhythms, so the business can move fast without falling apart.

Coaching

This is not distant advisory work. I’m a call or message away on WhatsApp when the decisions that matter show up, helping you think clearly, move quickly, and stay accountable to the standard we set.

How I work

A focused engagement, tailored to where the pressure is highest.

01

Diagnose

We start where the pressure is highest, not where it is easiest to talk.

02

Deploy

I bring one, two, or all three disciplines - visibility, systems, and coaching - depending on where the pressure is highest.

03

Stay Close

I limit my practice to only four partners at a time, and each has direct WhatsApp access for when the heat is on.

Who I work with

Founders, owners, and executives who are carrying more pressure than their current operating system can handle.

This is ongoing support. The outcome we work towards is a business that steadily runs better, not a single impressive reset.

About Jon

I’ve spent 25 years building and fixing growth businesses - some were acquired, and some broke under their own speed. I do this work because, as a founder, there were moments when I wished I’d had someone outside the business who understood the pressure, told me the truth, and helped me find the right solution.

I’ve lived and worked in Accra, Budapest, Boulder, Bangkok, Geneva, Sydney, and DC, and I’ve been sending work to teams in Asia since 2007, so I think a lot about how my work lands across cultures.

Also: freestyle swimmer, dad to three girls, and a sub-par Pad Thai chef.

My approach is 100% remote and digital-first, which allows me to leverage the timezone difference to our advantage.
